Like our line of Rescue Vehicles, Marion Commercial and Custom Pumpers feature all aluminum body construction for a lighter body weight, extra payload, and no rust. Building an all aluminum body lowers the truck's center of gravity for improved manuverability, making the truck safer. Our line of pumpers also features flush, snag-free doors, high temperature wiring, reversible lip or no-lip shelves, catwalk overlays, a removeable rear step, and many other features that set Marion apart.

It's no wonder Marion vehicles are still on duty decades after we build them.  We design them to last.  Marion bodies are fully extruded, not bent and formed sheet metal.  Compartment lighting is located on the door, illuminating all shelves and the outside ground, even if the compartment is packed full.  Marion doors aren't just a sheet of aluminum;  we use extruded frame construction to make them extra strong.


Double Flex Joint Design for Reduced Body Stress

By building a pump module that is separate from the body, Marion provides two places where the apparatus can flex: between the cab and the pump module, and between the pump module and the body. This design relieves much of the normal body stress on the truck, and reduces any related damage. This separated design also makes accident repair easier and less expensive.

All valves and plumbing components are made from non-corrosive materials - stainless steel, brass and high pressure hose.

With the universal joint, handles all have a straight, consistent pull and positively lock with a quarter turn.
