As I'm sure you know, the Lee Fire & Rescue Department just took delivery of a new Marion pumper. This is the second piece of apparatus purchased from your company and as long as I am Chief, it will not be the last. Throughout the process of both purchases I had the opportunity to work closely with Bruce "Buster" Morse. As a member of the fire service it's important to have people and equipment you can depend on. In terms of people, Buster is without equal. He takes the time necessary to ensure the customer's needs are addressed. When he makes a committment it is tantamount to a solemn promise that ensures the customer gets what he wants, and equally important, expects-on time. Regarding equipment, I consider Marion the finest manufacturer of fire service on the market today.
During the past seventeen years I've had the opportunity to be involved in the purchase of several trucks. I can tell you that prior to working with Marion I could never depend upon a set delivery time. Additionally, several of the specifications were omitted or changed without consultation and often generated an unwelcome surprise on inspection day. Such is not the case with our two purchases from Marion. Thanks to the work of Buster Morse and the Marion staff I now have two trucks that are an integral part of our mission to serve the people of Lee, New Hampshire.
I close with a statement made by New England Patriots coach Bill Belichek. He recently stated the letters P A T contained in the name of his Super Bowl winning team stand for Performance, Attitude and Teamwork. From my experience, everyone affiliated with Marion Body embodies those characteristics. Marion is the Super Bowl champion of fire apparatus.

Just wanted to again thank you and let you know know much was appreciate all the extra work you have done and are doing to make sure we get a quality product.
In the past, our problems were OUR PROBLEMS. Neither the sales rep nor the manufacturer seemed to care as much as you do and Marion does. Being a small city, with small budgets, this purchase is one of great magnitude. We are expecting this piece of equipment to serve us for several years, and as such, quality counts more than quick delivery.
I have heard nothing but positive comments about the design and manufacturing of this truck. We have been blessed to be able to have an apparatus like this and to have representatives who really adhere to their promise of customer service. That is rare today.
